Spiritual Formation Workshop
Rule of Life Workshop
What is a Rule of Life?
A rule of life is a set of practices, commitments, and guidelines that help you in your apprenticeship to Jesus.
During this workshop, we will be setting aside time to create our own Rule of Life.
The formation and practices we’ve been discussing over the last several weeks are an invitation for you to figure out what Jesus would call you to at this point in your life—where you are and what you need. This isn’t a set of rules so much as a rhythm to which you will commit. This rhythm includes spiritual habits, as well as rest, joy and deepened relationships.
